§ 152.02 INSTALLATION; LICENSE REQUIRED; HOMEOWNER EXCEPTION.
   All electrical installations within the city and the two-mile jurisdictional area shall be made by an electrician duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter; except that nothing in this chapter shall be construed as prohibiting the actual owner from doing one complete electrical installation or wiring job per year in a new or existing domicile of all electrical fixtures normally incidental to single-family residential occupancy of the building.
