All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision, first through the Board of Public Works and Safety and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
