(A) Every person who knowingly exhibits in any public place, or in a place readily accessible to the public, any obscene matter is guilty of an infraction.
(B) It shall be an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this section for the person to show:
(1) The matter was exhibited for legitimate scientific of educational purposes; or
(2) The matter was exhibited by a person acting within the scope of employment, provided that person has no financial interest in the place so employed.
