§ 130.15 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to disturb the peace and quiet of the city, or of its inhabitants, by making unreasonably loud noises, or by the crying of any alarm without good cause, or by threatening any person, or challenging any person to fight, or menacing him or her with physical injury.
