§ 130.01 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC OFFICIALS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   At all times, it shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to intentionally impede or interfere, or to attempt to impede or interfere, with any police officer, firefighter, or any other city official, while in the performance of his or her duty or in the performance of any emergency functions as a firefighter, police officer, or city official.
   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the interference alleged consisted of speech only.
