§ 115.01 AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety of the city be, and it is expressly authorized, empowered, and granted, the right and responsibility to contract on behalf of the city, for the transmission and distribution of television and radio signal impulses to the residents of the city.
