§ 114.10 AGE REQUIREMENT TO SELL JUNK.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to buy any junk, or any other scrap material of any kind, from any person under the full age of 18 years of age, unless the seller has the written consent of his or her parent or lawful guardian.
