§ 114.04 JUNK IN MOTOR VEHICLES; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Parking restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation establishing, using, maintaining, conducting, or operating any junk yard, junk facility, or junk place, as herein defined, to cause, permit, or suffer any motor vehicle containing junk, as herein defined, to be parked, or to remain standing, upon any public street or thoroughfare of this city, at any time.

   (B)   Transfers between vehicles restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation establishing, using, maintaining, conducting, or operating any junk yard, junk facility, or junk place, as herein defined, to transfer, exchange, receive, or sort any junk, as herein defined, from one motor vehicle to another motor vehicle, while the motor vehicle or motor vehicles are parked or permitted to remain standing upon any public street or public thoroughfare of this city, at any time.
