Upon and after the determination as set out in § 113.06 above, the Board shall return the file to the Clerk-Treasurer with its written approval or disapproval of the license, and upon receipt of the written approval thereof, as mentioned above, the Clerk-Treasurer shall be authorized, required, and directed to issue a license to the applicant in the name of the city to render taxicab service, a copy of which license shall always be carried in that taxicab and which license shall expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which it was issued.
