§ 113.05 FEES.

   (A)   With the filing of the application, as established by § 113.03 above, and the certificate of inspection as required by § 113.04, the applicant shall tender to the Clerk-Treasurer an annual license fee as set forth in Ch. 36 of this code.

   (B)   If an application is made after June 30 of any calendar year, the license fees shall then be reduced to an amount equal to one-half of the above-mentioned license fees, which one-half license fees shall entitle the taxicab, or taxicabs, to be operated only during the remainder of the calendar year, if license be issued by authority of the Board of Public Works and Safety, as hereinafter provided.
