§ 112.08 VIOLATIONS A NUISANCE.
   (A)   Any carnival or circus operated, conducted, or maintained contrary to the provisions of this subchapter shall be unlawful and declared a public nuisance.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be fined, and may be subject to the provisions of § 10.99 of this code, and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
