§ 111.56 VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Persons soliciting without a permit or in violation of the permit shall be cited with a citation for violations in the Jackson Superior Court, in accordance with the requirements of law for such citations. Any member of the Police Department or the Ordinance Administrator shall be authorized to issue such citations.
   (B)   Any violation of this subchapter shall immediately revoke the permit. The Chief of Police and/or Ordinance Administrator shall also have the discretion to revoke the permit upon charge of violation being made, or upon awareness of illegal or unauthorized activity, if revocation is required in the best interests of public health, safety and welfare.
   (C)   Any person, organization, business or entity found in violation of this subchapter may not be issued a permit for a two-year period from the date of the violation. Upon second offense, the person, organization, business or entity found in violation of this subchapter shall be permanently banned from further solicitation in the city.
   (D)   The City Attorney shall be authorized to seek injunctive relief and other relief in court if necessary to effectuate the intent of this subchapter. The city shall be entitled to seek civil fines in the amounts specified above, and shall be entitled to its attorney's fees for any successful action.
