Any garage sale or rummage sale or similar temporary use shall be subject to the following standards, prohibitions, and restrictions.
(A) Adequate access shall be provided which shall not interfere with traffic movement on adjacent streets.
(B) No public address systems or other noise producing devices shall be permitted in a residential district.
(C) Any floodlights or other lighting shall be directed upon the premises and shall not be detrimental to adjacent properties.
(D) No banners, pennants, or unnecessary signs shall be permitted in a residential district.
(E) The lot shall be put in clean condition devoid of temporary use remnants upon termination of the temporary period.
(F) Any violation of this subchapter shall result in a fine. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
