§ 111.42 DEFINITION; TIME LIMIT; JURISDICTION.
   Within any zoning district, no temporary use shall be used or arranged or designed to be used except in conformance with the following rules and time limits.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE SALE or RUMMAGE SALE. The sale of second-hand goods and miscellaneous objects by a noncommercial vendor.
   (B)   A garage or rummage sale or similar temporary use shall be limited to ten sale days in any one calendar year; however, each sale period is not to exceed five sale days at one time.
   (C)   No fee or permit is required.
   (D)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is granted jurisdiction to oversee the administration of this subchapter in conjunction with the Building Commissioner.
