(A) The fine schedule for violation of this subchapter shall be set as follows:
(1) First offense, $500.
(2) Second offense, $750.
(3) Third offense, $1,000.
(B) The Ordinance Administrator of the city is hereby authorized to enforce this subchapter. The Ordinance Administrator is further authorized and empowered to issue citations for violations of this subchapter, issue cease-and-desist orders, enlist the assistance of the Seymour Police Department for enforcement of this subchapter, and levy fines in accordance with the fine schedule set forth above.
