§ 99.02 UNIT REQUIREMENTS AND PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall install or use an OWHH without first providing the Building Commissioner with detailed plans showing the proposed location, height of stack, and the like, of the OWHH and obtaining a permit from the Building Commissioner approving the plan.
   (B)   No person shall install or use an OWHH that is not compliant with Phase II OWHH specifications or with the most current EPA specifications for OWHHs.
