New streets shall be assigned names in accordance with the following:
(A) Plan Commission. Proposed street names shall be referred to the Plan Commission for review and recommendation.
(B) Building Commissioner. Proposed street names shall also be referred to the Building Commissioner for final determination to ensure no duplication of names and provide for ease of provision of public safety and other municipal services.
