§ 94.42 PERMIT CONDITIONS.
   (A)   Restriction on blocking rights-of-way. As a condition precedent to the issuance of this type of permit, the Board, in its approval of the application, may specifically provide that the entire street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way, including easement, shall not be totally blocked at one time, and the Board may further specify for what period of time or under what limitations the blocking of the streets, sidewalks, alleys, or other public ways, may be authorized under the permit.

   (B)   Restriction on flow interference. As a further condition precedent to the issuance of the permit, in its approval of the application, the Board may provide that the work, construction, or repair will not interfere with the proper flow of surface water, and further provide that pedestrian and vehicular traffic shall be maintained.
