§ 94.21 FIRES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to build, cause to be built, place, or cause to be placed any fire at any time upon any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way or any portion thereof, whether that street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way or portion thereof be paved or not.
