§ 94.05 PERMIT CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   In the issuance thereof, the Board may designate or otherwise limit specifically the street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way or portion thereof that may be so used, and for the periods of time the street, sidewalk, alley, or other public way may be so used for the purposes as described in the permit.

   (B)   In the issuance of permits as described above, the Board may further require as a condition precedent thereof that this use of the street, alley, sidewalk, curb, gutter, or other public way shall not interfere with the flow of any surface water or totally interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
