§ 91.10 RIGHT OF DISCONTINUANCE RESERVED.

The city reserves the right, at any time, to discontinue the service of providing monitoring of any and all alarm systems after 60 days’ written notice to the alarm holder. The city is under no obligation to supply this special type of service described in this chapter to any person.
