§ 50.26 LANDFILL FEES.

(1) Large roll-off containers (15, 20 or 30 yards): The county shall charge the hauler for any waste material coming into the landfill utilizing roll-off containers.

(2) Small containers (three to five yards): Commercial haulers shall submit monthly or quarterly reports showing the number of containers serviced.

(B) Mixed loads. Waste loads that are not separated shall be charged a penalty fee according to the current fee schedule. Determination of mixed loads shall be at the sole discretion of landfill personnel.
