§ 50.22 CLASSIFICATION OF WASTE.
   (A)   Landfill customers and haulers shall disclose the types and kinds of waste material they are delivering to the landfill. Waste material shall be classified by employees as either “clean” or “mixed” waste.
   (B)   Specialty items such as metal, concrete, tires, wire, large animals, contaminated soils and the like shall be deposited in specific locations within the landfill boundaries for purposes of proper disposal and/or recycling at the direction of landfill employees. Additional fees may apply to specialty items.
   (C)   Clean waste is generally separated concrete, asphalt, soils, bricks, walls, timbers, sheetrock, roofing shingles and similar waste.
   (D)   Mixed waste is generally normal household waste and material generated by commercial operations, such as retail, restaurant and general merchandising businesses. It may also include greases and septage from septic tanks.
