(A) All fees, charges and fines shall be set forth in a separate schedule approved by the County Commission, which may be amended from time to time as necessary.
(B) Late fees shall apply to any bill or account which is more than 31 days past due and shall include collection costs, including attorney fees.
(C) Any patron who incurs late fees or violates the rules of the landfill may be subject to “Cash Only” services at the discretion of the Landfill Supervisor.
