§ 35.02 SCHEDULE APPROVAL; PUBLIC AVAILABILITY.
   (A)   Fee schedules shall be submitted to and approved by the County Commission prior to imposing fee requirements.
   (B)   Fee schedules shall be posted and available for public viewing.
