§ 33.058 “TRANSIENT” DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRANSIENT. Any individual who occupies any suite, room or rooms in a motel, hotel, motor court, inn or similar public accommodation for fewer than 30 consecutive days.
