§ 33.040 INCORPORATION PROVISION.
   This subchapter shall incorporate the provisions of State Code Administrative Rule 884-24P-52; criteria for determining primary residence pursuant to U.C.A. §§ 59-2-102 and 59-2-103; and Property Tax Standard 2.10, Primary Residential Exemption.
