§ 154.115 TERMINATION.
   (A)   A use permit shall become null and void in the following cases:
      (1)   The use for which the permit was approved is terminated;
      (2)   The time granted for the use in the approved permit has expired; and
      (3)   The Building Inspections Department or other county agent as assigned finds that the terms of the permit have been violated or that there is a hazard to the public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   The site shall be cleared of all debris at the end of the temporary use. All temporary structures shall be cleared from the site within five days after the use is terminated.
   (C)   Temporary use permits granted for on-site construction must remove the mobile home or recreational vehicle from the premises and the utilities disconnected within 30 days after the property owner receives a certificate of occupancy for the permanent dwelling. Recreational vehicles may be properly stored on the property.
