The office of the Zoning Administrator was created within the county. The Board of County Commissioners shall fill the office of Zoning Administrator and shall appoint a Zoning Administrator. It is the responsibility of the Zoning Administrator to ensure all processes, procedures and other provisions of this chapter are consistently and equitably applied and to effect the general administration and enforcement of this chapter and the land management code. Add as administrative land use authority.
