§ 153.148 DEFAULT.
   In the event the subdivider defaults or fails or neglects to satisfactorily install required improvements within one year from the date of approval of the final plat, the county may declare the bond or escrow deposit forfeited, and may install or cause the required improvements to be installed, using the proceeds from the collection of the bond or escrow deposit to defray the expense thereof.
