§ 153.147 DEPOSIT IN ESCROW.
   The subdivider shall deposit in escrow, with an escrow holder approved by the land use authority, an amount of money equal to the cost of improvements required as estimated by the subdivider’s engineer and approved by the county under an escrow agreement conditioned for the installation of said improvements within one year from the approval of the final plat and subdivision. The escrow agreement shall be approved by the land use authority and the County Attorney and shall be filed with the County Recorder.
