§ 153.146 PERFORMANCE BONDS.
   The subdivider shall furnish and file with the County Clerk a corporate surety bond in an amount equal to the cost of the required improvements as estimated by the subdivider’s engineer and approved by the county, to assure the actual construction of such improvements within a period of one year immediately following the approval of the final plat and subdivision by the land use authority, which bond shall be approved by the land use authority and the County Attorney.
