§ 153.116 FRONTAGE ON MAJOR HIGHWAYS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all buildings abutting highways having a state or federal designation (except non-access highways) shall be set back at least 50 feet from the highway right-of-way line, except for small temporary fruit and vegetable stands.
