§ 153.029 APPROVAL OF LAND USE AUTHORITY.
   The land use authority shall grant approval for any subdivision only after a subdivider has complied with the process outlined in this chapter. Intermediate approval at each phase of the process shall not be construed to mean an approval of the subdivision for submission to the Board of County Commissioners.
