§ 153.028 APPROVAL OF THE LAND USE AUTHORITY AND AN IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT.
   The land use authority shall not approve any subdivision or authorize for recording any subdivision which has not previously been reviewed and approved by the land use authority unless an improvement agreement with regard to the subject subdivision has been signed by all appropriate parties. The improvements agreement shall then also be recorded.
