§ 153.025 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE AUTHORITY.
   The County Zoning Administrator is designated as the administrative land use authority as defined by § 154.003. However, in instances where a final plat is reviewed concurrently with a preliminary plan, the Planning Commission may act as the land use authority for both the preliminary and final plat. In instances where the approval is concurrent with a legislative action, such as a zone change, text amendment or General Plan amendment, the County Commission may act as the land use authority.
