§ 153.023 APPROVAL OF LAND USE AUTHORITY.
   The land use authority shall grant approval for any subdivision only after a subdivider has complied with the process outlined in this chapter. Intermediate approval at each phase of the process shall not be construed to mean final approval of the subdivision.
