(A) Pursuant to the provisions of U.C.A. § 17C-1-201.5(1) of the Limited Purpose Local Government Entities–Community Development and Renewal Agencies Act (the “Act”), the County Commission creates a community development and renewal agency (the “Agency”), contingent upon the issuance by the State Lieutenant Governor of a certificate of creation under U.C.A. § 67-1a-6.5.
(B) The official name of the Agency is the “Sevier County Reinvestment Agency.”
