§ 31.33 BUDGET.
   The Council on Aging shall outline such budget as to it seems appropriate and shall pursue any legitimate fundraising project or make application to whomever it designs for assistance, it being the desire of all concerned that this be independent and self-sufficient and subject to a minimum of control or supervision of the County Commission.
