§ 152.48 RELATION TO SUBDIVISION VACATIONS AND AMENDMENTS.
   A petition for a subdivision vacation or amendment under §§ 153.020 through 153.036 that involves vacating, or amending, part or all of any county road rights-of-way or county utility easement will not be approved unless:
   (A)   A separate written petition to vacate part or all of a county road rights-of-way or county utility easement is filed, processed and approved in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter; or
   (B)   The appropriate county land use authority signs the amended plat certifying that no county road rights-of-way and county utility easement has been vacated.
