§ 152.30 LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGES.
   Any applicant for an encroachment on a county road rights-of-way shall indemnify the county from any and all liability, loss or damage the county may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from such encroachment.
