§ 152.27 PARKING IN UNDESIGNATED AREAS WITHOUT PERMIT UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful for any person without an encroachment permit, as defined in § 152.01 of this chapter, to cause or permit a vehicle to be parked within a county road rights-of-way, including on roadway shoulders within a county road rights-of-way, unless such parking occurs in designated parking areas, as defined in § 152.01 of this chapter.
