§ 152.25 NON-PERMITTED ENCROACHMENT UNLAWFUL.
   It is unlawful for any person to make or cause an encroachment, as defined in § 152.01 of this chapter, upon any county road rights-of-way without first obtaining an encroachment permit from the Supervisor as required by this subchapter.
