(A) Fees required under this ordinance shall be determined and updated from time to time by the Supervisor, upon review and approval by the Board of County Commissioners, with fees to be fixed in an amount reasonably calculated to compensate the county for costs and time incurred to inspect and review the plans for the intended encroachment, the work in progress and the completed project. The Supervisor shall prepare and distribute an updated schedule of fees required under this subchapter and may amend the fee schedule from time to time upon review and approval by the County Commission as needed to reflect changing conditions.
(B) All applications, fees, bonds or guarantees, insurance policies and other documents required by this subchapter shall be delivered to the County Road Department office, presently located at 689 West 2630 South, Richfield, Utah 84701.
