Five classes of encroachment permits may be issued under this subchapter:
(A) Class 1 encroachment permit. For a single Class 1 encroachment as described in § 152.01 of this chapter, good from 30 days up to one year, issued to a property owner or his or her agent;
(B) Class 2 encroachment permit. For a single Class 2 encroachment as described in § 152.01 of this chapter, good for 30 days, issued to a contractor;
(C) Class 3 encroachment permit. For a single Class 3 encroachment as described in § 152.01 of this chapter, good for 30 days, issued to a utility;
(D) Class 4 annual blanket encroachment permit. For a single Class 4 blanket encroachment as described in § 152.01 of this chapter, good for one year from the time of issuance, issued for the purposes and functions described in § 152.01 of this chapter, including work on numerous approaches to one or many county road rights-of-way and determining heavy haulage routes; and
(E) Class 5 encroachment permit. For a single Class 5 encroachment as described in § 152.01 of this chapter, good for 30 days, issued to a contractor.
