§ 151.55 RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
   New construction and substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor (including basement) elevated to the BFE plus one foot of freeboard. A registered professional engineer, architect or land surveyor shall submit certified elevations to the Floodplain Administrator that the standards of this chapter are satisfied.
