§ 151.30 FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR DESIGNATED.
   The Zoning Administrator is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of the NFIP Regulations and 44 C.F.R. pertaining to floodplain management.
