§ 150.37 SIGN PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall erect any sign or outdoor advertising structure without first obtaining approval from the Zoning Administrator in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and the International Building Code.
   (B)   No person shall erect, construct or maintain any sign upon any property or building without the consent of the owner or person entitled to possession of the property or building, if any, or his or her authorized representatives.
   (C)   No person shall erect or maintain or permit to be erected or maintained on any premises owned or controlled by him or her any sign which does not comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
