Parcels of land that were split after 1969, but before January 1, 1999, shall be considered eligible for building permits if they meet the following.
(A) The parcel must have been of a legal lot size according to the zoning in place at the time of its creation.
(B) The parcel must have had a separate Tax I.D. number prior to January 1, 1999.
(C) The parcel must be able to meet all other requirements for a building permit, including access, power, potable water, irrigation water if applicable, septic approval from the State Health Department, flood-zone compliance and the like.
