§ 150.20 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ALL BUILDINGS.

   (A)   All BUILDINGS, defined as structures exceeding 120 square feet, built in the unincorporated areas of the county shall be required to obtain a building permit.

   (B)   All building permits must be approved by the Zoning Administrator and issued by the Building Official.

   (C)   If the building is for a legitimate agricultural use, as determined by the Building Official, there will be no charge for the permit.
